As a mobile customer of Drei, you can have your customer zone with you at all times with this app, giving you complete control over your costs. You can instantly see the usage of your included allowances, current cost status, as well as invoices and call logs from the past months.

In the customer zone, you can also find information about your contract and make service settings. Your customer password protects sensitive data, allowing you to view and manage all your numbers on your contract account. Additionally, you can optimize your tariff by activating add-on packages. Make use of the Drei guardian angel and get additional amounts at any time.

- View accrued costs for the current billing period
- See remaining free units (minutes, SMS, data volume) for the current billing period
- Access previous invoices and call logs
- Pay open invoices
- Top up prepaid credit online
- Manage all contract holder numbers
- Contract information for all numbers on the contract account
- Block numbers in case of theft/loss
- Set up call forwarding
- View tariff details and legal texts
- Change tariffs
- Retrieve PIN and PUK codes

The app is suitable for both smartphones and tablets.

The customer zone is also accessible via the browser at www.drei.at/kundenzone.

When using the Drei network, you will be recognized as a customer and can access your customer zone without logging in. However, we still recommend registering under "My Profile". The advantage of this is that you will have access to the customer zone on any device with internet access worldwide, which is important for immediately blocking your number in case of theft.
